West End Cottage is a complete house - bedroom, separate loungeroom, executive style kitchen, bathroom and laundry/dressing room. It has all facilities such as linen and equipment such as washing machine and dryer supplied. There is also free high speed internet connection. Prices are per night, NOT per person.

- Please note that a deposit of 1/3 of total payment is required at time of booking. If this has not been paid within 24 hours of your booking, your time slot may be reallocated.
- Check in time is from 2.00pm. Checkout time is 10.00am. Late check outs will be accommodated when possible, in which case please ensure you secure the time you will be leaving in advance.
- Rates include linen and towels etc
- Burning candles and incense in the cottage is not permitted as this is a fire hazard and can cause damage to furnishings and fixtures.
- Please be aware that smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Your booking is for the number of people specified at the time of booking.
- Damage to the property or excessive untidiness may have to be paid for.
- We request you to respect our neighbours. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. Disorderly behaviour may result in the termination of your stay with no refund.
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking value will be charged if cancellation is 14 days before booking.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking will be charged if cancellation is made 7 days before booking.
- Full price of booking will be charged for "no show".
